Hi, I'm Glen, a personal trainer who found my way from the bustling streets of London to the city on Bamberg in Germany with a 12 year stop over in Switzerland along the way.
My journey into fitness began in an unconventional way—I was a chubby teen with a huge lust and appetite for food but on the other hand an even bigger obsession with looking like the action stars of the 90s. I wanted to be as cool and strong as they looked on screen, but my love for food made that goal seem almost impossible.
Fast forward to adulthood...
From 16 to 31 I spent 15 years of my life as a professional chef, mastering the art of cooking and learning some amazing skills and dishes along the way. But deep down, my passion for fitness never faded. It took years of experimentation with different training techniques and countless hours of sweat and frustration, but I eventually cracked the code on what really works and how I could fit it all into my high pressured life as a chef with little to no time on my hands.
Along the way, I realized that achieving a fit and healthy lifestyle doesn't mean just big muscles. It also doesn't mean you have to sacrifice everything you enjoy.In fact, it’s quite the opposite.
Today, I’m a fully licensed and qualified personal trainer. As someone who has had a complete career transition, built a business, and balanced it all with a busy family life, I know the struggle of finding time for fitness. With 2 young kids, a thriving career, and everything else that comes with it, I understand the need for workouts and nutrition plans that are simple, effective, and designed for real life and a busy schedule and the ever increasing struggles of a desk bound sedentary lifestyle.

How do I know if the program is right for me ?
My program is designed for busy professionals at a beginner to intermediate level of fitness. We'll create a customized plan that suits your needs and addresses all the struggles that come with a high stress sedentary lifestyle. If you have specific goals outside of weight loss, muscle building, and improving mobility then we can pinpoint and address those on the program as well. The 2 week on-boarding process also serves as a trial period so you can experience the benefits of my program before committing fully.
Absolutely not! We understand that everyone has unique dietary needs, preferences and goals. Our program includes customizable meal plans and nutrition coaching that can be adapted for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary requirements. You'll receive guidance on making healthy food choices and a system to go with it that will align with your lifestyle and goals.
Yes! both the Goals Analysis Call and the Consultation are 100% free! I have created a filtration process to make sure I get the best candidates for my program, so it is in my best interest to make this process as easy as can be.
You will be coached individually but with a small group atmosphere. We will have regular 1 to 1 live sessions, and you will have 24/7 contact with myself and the rest of the individuals in the group through messenger for guidance, feedback, and immediate coaching and community support the likes of which is not offered on any other program. I have trialed many systems and methods over the years and this current system works BY FAR best and really offers the best all round support and motivation to all members within the group.
Yes, but I will provide you with everything you need for the program to ensure you are 100% set and ready to go! So the equipment is part of my program package. My program uses a mixture of body weight and functional exercises using just light equipment.
Over the years, I've found that maintaining a maximum of 10 clients per 12-week program ensures the highest quality coaching experience. These slots tend to fill up rapidly, but I do maintain a waiting list if your application wasn't successful the first time round. I host two each year so priority is given to those on the waiting list.
Safety is my top priority on my program! Simply provide full details of any injuries you are concerned about in the application form when booking your Goals Analysis Call and we can then discuss them in our call to see if my program can accomodate your limitations.
This is absolutely no problem and won't create any issues! My program is specifically designed for busy professionals who are constantly on the go and can be done anywhere at anytime! We won't let anything stand in the way of your progress.
Clients on my 12 week program typically achieve 4 main goals - Weight loss ranging between 8% to 10% of their starting weight (the average weight loss being 10 kilograms) Additionally, my clients experience improved mobility, increased energy levels, enhanced strength and a better over all feeling of being healthy and fit.
However results may vary according to an individual's genetics and the level of discipline and adherence they apply to the program. During the consultation we will address what would be possible for you as an individual.
All of my clients on my 12 week program are covered by my Results Guarantee Policy, this means that if you do not reach your goals by the end of my program despite adhering to the tasks set out for you during my program, then I will continue to coach you until you do reach your goals at no extra cost.
